Bovine's Wood Fired Specialties New Years Eve Special

Come in on New Years Eve and bring in the new year with Bovine's. Chef Mark Ross will be preparing special dishes to welcome in 2009.

To start the evening he will be serving a Seared Duck Breast with grilled sweet potato polenta, rosemary, and warm membrillo sherry vinaigrette. For an entree selection we will be featuring a Roasted beef tenderloin with poached Maine Lobster pico de gallo, lime mousse and cumin scented sweet corn beurre blanc.
